Last week I attended your seminar at Meredith College and met you afterward.  You gave an excellent presentation and covered many good points.  It was a good catalyst to get me jump started again in what else I need to do service my customers.
 
You recommended several technical design tools and computer aided programs.  Since I am unfamiliar with them, and probably wrote the names down incorrectly, I was wondering if you have the web addresses to the products.  Googling brings up hundreds of options, and they all sound the same.  I am not that technical, so this is a big step for me to get with the times.
 
I really appreciate your assistance on this.

Thank you for your kind words.  The students have all been talking about how much they enjoyed your presentation and they said to others, "it was so much more than just windows!!!"  I learned a lot, too and thoroughly enjoyed it.  It was fun to have dinner and see the play, too.

Dear Margi,

The pleasure was mine and the girls. Another student came buy and was so excited that you asked her to participate in one of your events (her name is Ryan Blair ).  We are excited about how you as an organization care for our students. You were featured on our Splash Page which is LU’s animated Home page and I have enclosed it as an attachment. It was great advertisement for IDS and our chapter.
 
In regards to the Color program we will have to look at it as a department. I will need your quote to act on it. The chapter has to still work on fund raising it is our weakness ,but it is our first year. I am sure it is too soon to have it this semester, but it could be considered for next semester (Fall 09)

I found your seminar very helpful. I deal many with builders and do model homes, so I appreciated your comments on how you update your clients daily. I thought that was amazing. What customer service! I am looking forward to getting your company policies. I am doing more residential and need to have a contract for residential.

Great job! Our clients are still talking about the experience and are very grateful to have been included in the 1st Friday at LVWM. Thank you so much for making our group feel so welcomed and treated so well. The "Design Doctor" was an awesome speaker. It was amazing to me to see our seasoned clients taking notes and discussing how wonderful of a presentation it was. Great presentation! I was wondering if you could email me a picture of the fabric boards with your laminate layout as you would show them for presentation. I thought this was a great way to present to clients especially when it needs to be shipped. I want to show it to my supervisor and, if he approves it, see about purchasing some from you. Also, I would love to have a copy of some of the slides you used during the presentation with the mice and others. Very effective and funny!

I just got back to the office but wanted to tell you the seminar was great. I have been in business 16 years and have survived alot including 9-11.  Like you, I am always reinventing myself and my company. We are now a manufacturer of furniture so I really enjoyed seeing the different computer programs you suggested. Thank you so much for your information, you made it fun!

Thank you so much for allowing Margi Kyle to visit our WCAA chapter in South Eastern PA. I  was re-energized to have such a dynamic lady speak for 2/ 1/2 hours (non stop) and keep my attention and the other members the whole time. Her knowlege of technology mixed with privacy treatments and soft window treatments is quite awe inspiring. But even with all her knowledge, she never spoke down to our members and even shared some of her own personal mistakes with us that she has made along the way up the ladder.
